Experience & Dedication - Total K9 Concepts offers more than 25 years of law enforcement and K9 experience in dog training. Founded by Jason Jernigan, a FDLE Certified K9 Team Instructor with 15 years experience as a K9 handler, Jason currently serves as the Southeast Director of the Retired Police K9 Foundation, is a USPCA Member, and also previously served eight years as the Head Trainer for the Hernando County Sheriff's office.
